Nate and I first crossed paths at our local church back in 2018. Our shared passion for serving as youth leaders brought us together, and our connection quickly blossomed into a deep and meaningful friendship.
As the world around us slowed down during the lockdown, our bond only grew stronger, and we both sensed a profound calling from the Lord to step into a relationship.
Fast forward almost 4 years, and our love story continues to unfold with joy, laughter, and an unwavering devotion to each other. Our connection has deepened, our love has grown, and we remain utterly captivated by the beautiful blend of friendship and romance that we share.

We love travelling, and one of the best things is that we get to unearth a new appreciation for our beloved South Africa every time we do it.
We have totally fallen in love with Mpumalanga!
In 2023 we had the privilege of going to Ulusaba lodge in the Kruger National Park to capture our beloved clients from the USA's honeymoon experience. It was during that trip that we had the chance to first explore the breathtaking Blyde River Canyon. We have now visited it twice and we are absolutely in love with that part of South Africa.

Cape Town is our favourite place in South-Africa!
In January 2024, we had the amazing privilege of doing a 3 week long road trip down to Cape Town. It was definitely a highlight for us. Not only did we get to do two amazing shoots there, but we also had so much time to enjoy almost all the countless touristy activities that Cape Town has to offer.

When she's not leading worship alongside me at our church, you'll find her showering affection on her beloved pet bunny, Liefie. Mika is an amazing partner, friend, and wife. We can talk for hours about anything and everything under the sun. Oh, and when it comes to dessert, she's as predictable as they come – vanilla ice cream all the way, with a weakness for waffles.
